Vision Statement

The Information Technology Department will be a leader in educational technology by providing the tools to create an advanced technology rich environment and driving fundamental changes in classroom instruction.



Mission Statement

To facilitate change in the learning environment by providing technology that is functional and appropriate through effective communication with stakeholders and maintenance of technology standards.



Goals to support Mission Statement (M.A.G.I.C.)

Maintain Standards -

Maintain technology standards at all campuses including proactive maintenance of equipment as well as fulfilling user requests in a timely manner.


Automate –

Fully automate administrative functions, including those performed by instructional staff allowing energy and resources to be focused on student instruction.


Get Involvement -

Involve stakeholders via testing, training, polls, committees, etc.


Innovate –

Implement new ideas in problem solving utilizing new technologies.


Communicate -

Communicate to and from IT via website, work orders, trainings, newsletters, committees/liaisons, etc.
