Signature Acceptance & Course Selection Form

If your incoming Freshman received a letter from the Dysart District Office that they were accepted into a signature program at Willow Canyon High School, please fill out the signature acceptance form below, print it out, attach a copy of your letter from the district and the course selection form below and bring it to Willow Canyon NO LATER THAN June 1st.

Parking Lot Safety

ATTN ALL PARENTS:

Student Drop Off & Pick Up is in the student parking lot on the south side of the campus.
You can access this parking lot from Willow Canyon Way.

Students should not be dropped off on the north side of the campus near the staff parking lot & marquee.

Please note the following revisions to the 2009-2010 Student and Parent Handbook:

1) On page 30 in the discipline matrix for grades 7-12, the following infraction was inadvertently left off the matrix:

	1^st Offense	2^nd Offense	3^rd Offense
