Rancho Gabriela is committed to providing students with a quality education through a content-rich, academically rigorous, standards- based curriculum in a safe, highly disciplined, and caring environment.

We are committed to working in partnership with the community of Surprise. We will provide quality services and opportunities that meet student needs by maximizing the use of school and community resources to develop students’ potential to become responsible, caring, contributing members of society.

Our highly qualified teachers and administrators support children in their journey toward their full potential.  We will emphasize student learning, guide their creativity, and nurture the whole child toward world stewardship.

Rancho Gabriela Vision Statement

Learning is a lifelong adventure. Children's minds readily absorb knowledge when they have stability, love, encouragement, and discipline in their surroundings. Given the freedom to wonder, explore, imagine, and ask questions, students will flourish.

Children will be independent thinkers and develop confidence and self-discipline. We are committed to providing an environment that promotes student self worth in which the unique social, emotional, physical, and intellectual needs of our learners are addressed.

We expect our children to do their best, to realize their special talents, to be concerned for the needs of others, and to become lifelong learners and responsible citizens.

We are a passionate staff creating and maintaining high expectations for ourselves as well as our students. Our staff melded together, through teamwork and unity, both within the school and out in the community.
