Flu Clinic at Sunset Hills

The immunization clinics are available to all K-8 students and all Dysart employees in the District and will be held after school from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. for the scheduled days and locations listed below. NOTE: This is a change from the previously scheduled times of 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.


Mollen asks that if your child is a student in the District, that you register the child for his or her school at www.flushotsusa.com. They ask that you do not take your child to a school other than the one they attend.

IMPORTANT!
Mollen will administer the H1N1 shots to only Dysart students and employees. They will not give the shot to covered dependents.  Because of the limited amount of vaccine, dependent’s cannot receive the shot unless they are a Dysart student or an employee of the District.

DYSART UNITED WAY DRIVE

·         The Dysart United Way Drive begins on November 4 and ends on November 25.  This year’s theme is “Just $10 per person”.
·         Dysart’s goal for this year’s drive is to collect $25,000.  The last two years the district has raised $13,000 each year.

·         Employees may donate with cash, check or credit card and receive a deduction for this year’s taxes.
·         Employees may choose payroll deductions (9 pay periods) and receive a deduction for next year’s taxes.
·       Employees may donate to the Dysart Education Foundation through the United Way Drive.  The code for the Dysart Education Foundation is 2351.

Parking Lot Safety Reminders
                Student safety is paramount to the success of all Dysart students and schools. Ensuring that students are safe in all school environments is a priority for all Dysart staff. To assist parents and students with student safety in school parking lots, safety procedures in the parking lot and drop off lane are provided by each school. Additionally, parents and students should follow these guidelines:
·         Always proceed with caution in all school parking lots and drop off lanes
·         Follow the direction of school personnel while dropping off or picking up students
·         Students should only enter and exit vehicles on the curbside. Please do not have students walk around vehicles to enter a car or while exiting
·         Parents and students are to cross the drop off lane only in designated areas. At no time should students or parents weave in between cars while crossing the drop off lane
·         Students should be accompanied by parents while in the parking lot
·         Please adhere to school regulations and procedures for each individual parking lot and drop off lane

If you have any issues with using the Pinnacle Grade Book Parent Viewer, please e-mail us at: shesgradebook@dysart.org or shes@dysart.org

If you have lost your student's Pinnacle log in/password, please send an e-mail requesting the information to shesgradebook@dysart.org or shes@dysart.org. All Pinnacle log in/password information MUST be mailed out and cannot be given out over the phone or to students.  All e-mail requests will be processed and mailed out each Friday. Mail will be directed to the address of residence we on file. 

Questions regarding grades, assignments and attendance should be directed to the student's teacher. Teacher e-mail addresses can be found on the individual teacher web pages.
