I have worked in Dysart since 2004 and have enjoyed watching the district continually grow. My educational experience includes 8 year’s teaching middle school science and a Master’s degree in Educational Technology. I enjoy my job because I am compassionate about designing and implementing professional growth opportunities for educators. Every year technology improves providing us with more valuable and exciting opportunities. I am excited to be working with you all this year.

I have been a Technology Trainer in Dysart sice 2006. Prior to that I taught middle school Social Studies for ten years. You may have met me already during one of last year’s in-services or at new teacher induction. I am excited to work with you in a formal training setting, small group or even one on one. There is no such thing as a silly question so feel free to call or email me about anything relating to how to use technology in the classroom or in the support of teachers. I am here to support you!

I am responsible for the integration of technology into the High School Social Studies curriculum and with assisting Middle School teachers with problem and project based learning strategies with technology. This is my third year as a technology training specialist for the Dysart Unified School District. I recently received my Master's degree in Educational Technology from ASU. Prior to becoming a tech trainer, I worked for six years as an elementary teacher in grades 1-5. I love working with teachers and students, both virtually and in the classroom, to help integrate technology into the curriculum. I am especially passionate about integrating Web 2.0 resources and online schooling into the classroom.

This is my third year as a trainer here in Dysart. I have been in education for 15 years and have a Master's Degree in Educational Technology. I have taught first grade, K-8 Technology and have been a Technology Trainer.

Every day, both students and adult solve problems and make informative decisions. My role in Dysart to help you use technology for these very reasons.

My degree in education and guidance counseling has given me great insight into assisting both teachers and office staff learn our gradebook and student management system. I have enjoyed the transition to Infinite Campus and cannot wait to share the possibilities of what you can do with them.
